As we approach the halfway point of every student’s favorite season, our conditioning and open court workouts are available for ladies JV, Varsity, College, and Alumni to join. Even if you are just looking to stay in shape.. please come out and join us every FRIDAY from 7:00 pm until for basketball workouts. If you already have a trainer and just need a gym space to work in, come out and benefit from this opportunity. All Gym Time will be FREE for the ladies throughout the remainder of the Summer on Friday nights!
